Our Organization (VETS LIKE US) is sponsoring a Gold Star Family Memorial Monument to be placed in Founders Park in Decatur Al to Honor, Recognize and Serve Gold Star Families and the Legacy of their Loved Ones who Paid the Ultimate Sacrifice Serving Protecting Our Freedom. The Monument will be the Centerpiece in what will be the Decatur Morgan County Gold Star Families Memorial Plaza and Honor Walkway. Bricks with the names of all the Casualties from Morgan County will be placed at the Monument with the surrounding area and walkway up to Monument to be filled with bricks to create a Honor Walkway with the names of those you wish to honor or memorialize are just to show your gratitude and support.
